If a candidate appears to be qualified on the basis of his resume and he finds that position listed on our web site is suitable for him, he can cover all the requirement from this position as per the Job Description available on the web site, he has to apply against the position by registering on STEEFCO web site. The Human Resources Department shall screen the CVs and ensure that the candidate qualifications and experience matches to the vacant position. If candidate do not receive the confirmation from the Human Resources Department within 30 days of time from the date of registration of CV on STEEFCO web site, assumes that the candidate CV is rejected or kept on hold for future requirements.




If candidate is suitable and selected for interview, the human resources department will arrange personal or SKYPE interview depending upon the availability of the candidate. In case of passing Interview process, offer of employment will be made immediately and unsuccessful candidates will be notified through an email or phone call within 1 week time from the date of interview.




Upon successful selection of the candidate, the human resources department will extend a written offer of employment. This offer specifies the total package as per the salary scale.




The conditions that must be satisfied for employment to commence include: undergoing a medical examination and background investigation (if applicable), the results of which must be acceptable to Saudi Arabia Consulate; and the candidate must be able to secure a visa to work and reside in Saudi Arabia from the Saudi Arabian government. In case of medically unfit or visa rejected by the Saudi Arabia Consulate, the offer of employment becomes void and STEEFCO will not be liable for any compensation.




The candidate must accept the offer in writing, by signing and returning one of the original offer letters. In case of Saudi national, he has to provide the clearance copy and GOSI print out from his previous employer before starting the job at STEEFCO.




In case of Expatriates after offer acceptance, the candidate is assigned to approachapproved Manpower Agency of STEEFCO to assist in meeting processing requirements. During this period, the candidate must clear the medical examination and background investigation (if applicable); obtain a visa from the Saudi Arabian Consulate; and give notice to current employer; and finally, travel to Saudi Arabia. Candidates who selects for Plant operations or other department must travel within 30 to 45 days of time from the date of acceptance of offer of employment.
